Adding players to your roster

Open Roster, tap Add player, and send the invite link. Players download CourtSense, sign in, and land on your playbook. Free accounts hold up to 3 players; Pro holds up to 25.

Quizzes aren’t appearing for a player

A quiz is generated once a play is saved and assigned. Check that the play is assigned to that player in Playbook → Assign, and that they’ve pulled to refresh.

Managing your subscription

Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To change or cancel it, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Pro active through the end of the billing period.

Exporting a play

Open the play, tap the share icon, and choose Video or PDF. Video exports include narration if you recorded it.

Deleting your account

Go to Profile → Account → Delete account, or email us and we’ll do it for you.
